AM I ABLE TO FREEZE MY MEALS?

All meat and fish is delivered fresh and has never been frozen so you can freeze it if you wish. Our prawns are frozen so shouldn't be re-frozen.

However, we suggest eating your Woop recipes fresh for the best flavour experience!
