# OUR REFUND POLICY

We are happy to offer refunds or credit for missing, poor quality or damage ingredients or for delivery errors.

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds in the case of accidental orders, change of mind or taste preference.

Refunds will take from 1-3 working days to appear in your account. Credits will be added immediately in your account and process with your next charge.
