DO YOU HAVE A SEAFOOD/FISH FREE OPTION?

Thank you for your interest in experiencing Woop without the seafood, we have a couple of options for you!

Firstly, if you are subscribed to our Foodie Box plan, you can select the individual recipes in your box. So you can simply choose recipes that do not contain fish/seafood. For more information on how to choose your recipes, check out this article: CAN I SELECT THE RECIPES?

In our Classic and Balance Boxes, both three night plans exclude seafood. The four night menu plans for these boxes also exclude seafood on a fortnightly basis. On the alternate weeks, our Foodie Box does not include seafood in both 3 and 4 night menu options.

We recommend opting for three night meal plans (Balance and Classic) or choosing to receive fortnightly deliveries on the weeks when seafood is not on the menu. You could also alternate between boxes each week, for example ordering the Foodie Box one week and the Classic Box the following, scheduling in line with our seafood free weeks.

You can view up to 4 weeks of menus in advance. If you go to https://woop.co.nz/menu-and-plans you can browse our recipes and select your desired box. You have until Monday at midnight the week before delivery to decide to order (or skip) based on the menu.
