WHAT TIME IS MY WOOP BOX DELIVERED?

Your Woop Box will be delivered between:

• 2pm - 8pm on Sunday in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Hawkes Bay, Palmerston North & Wellington
• 2pm - 8pm on Monday in Christchurch & Dunedin
• 2pm - 5pm on Monday on Waiheke Island

We also offer delivery on Monday in some areas of Auckland, although you will need to get in touch with us to arrange this.

If you are not at home during delivery, the box will be left in according to your delivery instructions.

The box is chilled and has ice packs inside, so it will arrive fresh and cold and can be left for several hours if necessary. If no instructions are provided, the box will be left at your front door by default.
