I NEED TO PAUSE MY ACCOUNT

To pause your account simply log in and head to 'my delivery schedule'. You can then click on delivery dates to turn them red, skipping them.

Want to pause indefinitely? Scroll to the bottom of the calendars and click 'Want to skip for more than 4 months? Click here to select your last delivery date.'

Unfortunately we can't cancel any boxes after Monday midnight (our cut off) as after this our team order all the ingredients for your box and begin prepping the elements so the box has become a physical item.
