I'm sorry to hear your gel cool pack is melted. Our boxes are kept in a refrigerated environment until they are sent out for delivery and help to keep the box cool even if they are not frozen. We have completed numerous testing of the temperature of our boxes during the delivery process as well as follow a strict Food Safety plan to make sure contents are safe to eat for up to 4 hours at the end of the delivery window.
